The Therapy Process

In an initial session, we can discuss your concerns, difficulties, and current situation together. We can clarify whether and how psychotherapy can help you.

I want to give you insight into my approach and inform you about the framework conditions. The initial session should also give you a sense of whether you want to work with me.

Therapy can take place in German or English.
